André Letria PRESIDENTE DO JÚRI Nasceu em Lisboa, em 1973. É ilustrador e já fez cenografia para teatro e cinema de animação. As suas ilustrações preenchem páginas de livros e jornais desde 1992. Ganhou prémios, perdeu cabelo e participou em exposições. Alguns dos seus livros estão publicados em vários países, incluindo o Luxemburgo. Criou o Farol de Sonhos – Encontro sobre o Livro e o Imaginário Infantil, em 2006. Em 2010, criou o Pato Lógico. ___________________________ PRESIDENT OF THE JURY He was born in Lisbon, in 1973. Rui Pedroto Portugal Nascido em 1960, licenciou-se no curso de Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, em 1984. Exerceu advocacia, desempenhando mais tarde funções de Docente do ensino politécnico na área jurídica. Após uma vasta carreira de sucesso onde desempenhou relevantes cargos em prestigiadas empresas nacionais é nomeado Vogal do Conselho de Administração e Presidente da Comissão Executiva da Fundação Manuel António da Mota desde 2011. _________________________ Born in 1960, he graduated from the Law School of the University of Coimbra in 1984. Raúl Nieto Guridi (GURIDI) Espanha Estudou a especialidade de Pintura na Faculdade de Belas Artes de Sevilha e desde muito cedo trabalhou e experimentou profissionalmente quase todos os campos da imagem, impressão, design e publicidade. Desde 1995, especializou-se no campo das artes gráficas, tanto institucionalmente como em publicidade e multimédia, juntamente com as suas aulas como professor do ensino secundário. Desde 2010, a sua produção concentra-se na ilustração editorial infantil e em cartazes para campanhas culturais de teatro, dança e marionetas. Também ensina oficinas de ilustração e criatividade e colabora com várias ONG's. Alguns de seus livros foram traduzidos para mais de 11 idiomas. Ganhou o primeiro prémio no 7.º Encontro Internacional de Ilustração de S. João da Madeira em 2014 e o Prémio Nacional de 2015 para melhor livro de imagens "The Flock" no Livreiros Aliança em Madrid. Ganhou uma menção honrosa em 2018 com "Duas maneiras" no Bologna Prémios Ragazzi. ___________________________ He studied painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Seville and from a very early age worked and practiced almost every field of image, printing, design and advertising professionally. Dolores Prades Brasil Dolores Prades é Publisher da Emília e consultora editorial, é doutora em história econômica pela USP e especialista em literatura infantil e juvenil pela Universidade Autônoma de Barcelona. Diretora do Instituto Emília e do Laboratório Emília de Formação. Curadora e coordenadora dos seminários Conversas ao Pé da Página (2011/2015). Coordena no Brasil da Cátedra Latinoameriacana y Caribeña de Lectura y Escritura. Professora convidada do Master da Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona. Curadora da FLUPP Parque (2014 /2105). Membro do júri do Prêmio Hans Christian Andersen 2016 e do Bologna Children Award 2016. Dora Batalim SottoMayor Portugal Dora Batalim SottoMayor começou muito cedo a ler as imagens dos livros infantis, depois também as palavras e nunca mais parou. Como consequência, estudou literatura sempre cruzando-a outras linguagens artísticas: o teatro, o cinema e as artes plásticas e com as esferas da educação e a sociocultural: é pós-graduada em sociologia e em ciências da educação, e mestre em literatura infantil faz os estudos de doutoramento na mesma área. Em paralelo, estuda arte-terapia. Coordena a "Pós-Graduação em Livro Infantil" da Universidade Católica e dá aulas na ESEI Maria Ulrich. Orienta, muito frequentemente, cursos vários sobre livros para crianças, ilustração e pedagogia, e participa como oradora convidada em diversos encontros sobre estes temas. Fez parte da equipa do Serviço Educativo do CAM da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, entre outros sectores de educação de várias instituições culturais onde desenvolve actividades de carácter artístico-pedagógico para o público infanto-juvenil e adulto. Traduz literatura infantil. Foi jurada do "Prémio Nacional de Ilustração" em 2008, 2009 e 2014 e é membro permanente do Júri do "Concurso Pequeno Grande C" do programa Descobrir da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian. __________________________ Dora Batalim SottoMayor began very early to read the images of children's books, then also the words and never stopped again.
