Dada a vasta abrangência do tema, o autor ilustra o entender como Criatividade.
Em que formato tenho de entregar as minhas obras?
Cada trabalho deve respeitar escrupulosamente as dimensões de 25 cm x 25 cm. No caso da utilização de técnicas mistas nas obras a enviar, a espessura máxima da ilustração, incluindo o suporte, é de 2 cm.

Sim. Pode submeter uma obra já produzida tendo, obrigatoriamente, que ser original.
é obrigatório enviar os originais fisicamente?
Sim. As obras devem ser enviadas digitalmente com a fotografia do autor, via email. Posteriormente, os originais devem ser enviados até dia 31 de janeiro de 2019, para uma avaliação física do Júri.

NÃO SENDO A MINHA OBRA UMA DAS ESCOLHIDAS, PEÇO A SUA DEVOLUÇÃO?
DIREITOS, OBRIGAÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- As ilustrações enviadas a concurso (obras seleccionadas pelo júri como Finalistas e as obras não seleccionadas) não serão devolvidas, passando a constituir acervo da Ajudaris;
- As obras finalistas passarão a integrar as Exposições Itinerantes a realizar a nível nacional e internacional, sendo que em 2021 serão leiloadas;
- As ilustrações enviadas a concurso e não seleccionadas pelo júri como finalistas serão leiloadas durante o Encontro da Bienal, em Maio de 2019. Aquando da inscrição o ilustrador define o valor que deseja doar, sendo igual ou superior a 50 % a favor de causas sociais Ajudaris e APD Amarante;
- Caso o ilustrador deseje ficar com parte do valor da obra, a mesma ser-lhe-á entregue em data a anunciar, após término da Bienal.
- O ponto anterior só é válido caso a obra seja efectivamente leiloada;
- O valor resultante do leilão solidário será doado às duas instituições escolhidas, a ser entregue em data a definir após término da Bienal. Em nenhum caso serão devolvidas obras, constituindo-se espólio da Ajudaris;
- A organização não se responsabiliza por eventuais danos causados pelo mau acondicionamento das obras ou o seu transporte caso os ilustradores optem pelo envio por correio.
- Os Finalistas autorizam a publicação de um Catálogo que inclua a sua fotografia, imagem das obras seleccionadas e nota biográfica e bibliográfica;
- Os Finalistas autorizam a utilização de imagens das suas obras, com referência aos autores, para fins de publicitação e divulgação do Encontro no seu portal da Internet, rede social Facebook, meios de comunicação, imprensa e outros;
- Todas as dúvidas e omissões deste Regulamento serão resolvidas pela Comissão Organizadora do Encontro, segundo regras de equidade e bom senso;
- A inscrição de obras a concurso no 2º Bienal Internacional de Ilustração Solidária Ajudaris traduz por parte dos ilustradores aceitação plena e sem reservas dos termos deste Regulamento.
